I FIND THAT IM LOST FOR THE TOUCH OF WORDS
THE LOVE OF YOUR HANDS HOLDING MINE RIGHT NOW
THE DEVIL TRIES TO DESTROY ME
HE KNOWS THAT I CAN SEE THE LIGHT OF THE SON
HE KNOWS I WILL PICK MYSELF UP
ALTHOUGH IM DOWN.
I FEEL LOST AND HARD TO PICK MYSELF UP
I LOOKED UP AND KNOW HIS MERCIES ARE NEW EVERY
MORNING.
HIS SMILE IS WAITING FOR ME TO SMILE BACK
HE IS WAITING FOR ME TO SAY IM SORRY.
IM ABLE TO COME BACK TO THE LIGHT
HE KNOWS I CAN BE A FIGHTER
NOW MY DAYS ARE BRIGHTER.

I CAN SMILE AGAIN AND SINGS AS THE BIRDS DO
IN THE MORNING HOURS THE SAVIOR WHO MADE IT CLEAR THAT I BELONG TO HIM .
I GET KNOCKED DOWN AND THE DIRT SLAPS ME IN THE FACE BUT THE LORD HAS MUCH GRACE TO BRING ME FACE TO FACE
TO MY KNEES AND PLACE ME ON SOLID GROUND.
IN MY DARKNESS HE IS THE WAY.
IN MY DARKNESS HE MADE A WAY.
IN MY DARKNESS THE SUN SHINES BRIGHT
THE OCEANS ROAR BUT THE THUNDER OF THE LORD
BREAKS THE CHAINS OF DARKNESS AND CREATES IN ME A CLEAN HEART OF HOPE.
DARKNESS IS POWERFUL BUT THOSE WHO LOVE THE LORD
ALWAYS WIN THE BATTLES.

THE LIGHT ALWAYS SHINES IN THE DARKNESS OF THE
MINDS OF MAN
THERE IS ALWAYS HOPE FOR THE HOPELESS

LORD THANK YOU FOR TAKEN ME OUT OF THE PIT
OF DARKNESS AND EVEN WHEN I STUMBLE
YOU ALWAYS PICK ME UP TO SEE THE LIGHT OF DAY
I CAN SING YOUR PRAISES AGAIN AND LOVE YOU
AND HOLD YOUR HAND.
THANK YOU OF ALL WHAT I GO THROUGH BECAUSE YOU NEVER LET ME GO.

At The Foot of The Cross




Fearing the battle was over
And I'd already lost the war,
I was tired of trying and failing.
I just couldn't fight anymore.

So, dragging my battle-scarred body,
I crawled to the foot of the cross.
And I sobbed. 'Oh please, Father forgive me.
But I tried...I tried.. and still lost.'

Then the air grew silent around me.
I heard his voice just as clear as the dawn:
'Oh, My child, though you are tired and weary,
You can't stop, you have to go on.'

At the foot of the Cross , where I met Him,

At the foot of the Cross, where He died,
I felt love, as I knelt in His presence .
I felt hope, as I looked in His eyes.

Then He gathered me lovingly to Him,
As around us God's light clearly shone.
And together we walked though my lifetime
To heal every wound I had known.

I found bits of my dreams, long forgotten ,
And pieces of my life on the floor.
But I watched as He tenderly blessed them,
And my life was worth living once more.

I knew then why I had been losing.
I knew why I had not grown.
At the foot of the Cross came the answer:
I'd been fighting the battle alone .

At the foot of the Cross, where I met Him,
At the foot of the Cross, where He died,
Then I knew I could face any challenge
Together--just my Lord and I.





Turn to me and be gracious to me,

for I am lonely and afflicted.

The troubles of my heart have multiplied;

free me from my anguish.

Look upon my affliction and my distress

and take away all my sins. Psalms 25:16-18




PRAYER

THANK YOU LORD FOR THE CROSS AND YOUR LOVE
YOUR GIFT OF MERCY TO US AND YOUR STRONG HANDS TO HOLD US WHEN WE FEEL
LONELY OR FALL FROM GRACE .

YOU LOVE US AND PICK US UP AND KEEP LOVIN US
I PRAY FOR MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY WHO ARE GOING THROUGH THE SAME
THAT YOU GIVE THEM PEACE AND STRENTH IN TIMES OF TROUBLE

today i recieved a gift from my recovery christian group
at my church you can see the photo up above


a woman stood up to the front and said she wanted me to have it who she really didnt know me to well and said
she was encourged to see me come every week and it encouraged her, the fact that we all are in for some kind of recovery and to get this was like God's grace to say




PERSEVERANCE
keep up the good work of faith
When i thought about getting it i felt it wasnt for me to have because we all christians are facing some kind of battle but jesus was saying to me....I know i wanted to give you alttle taste of blessing to you to keep up the fight im proud of you.

I recieved Gods acceptance on this award and thought about we all christians are fighting a battle
for the battle belongs to the lord and sometimes God wants to bless us ...Even though we dont deserve it
thats how much he loves us.

we all will received many awards in heaven for keeing up the fight ...I also know whats so wonderful about God is
if we fail we pick ourselves back up because that is what makes you a true warrior of God.




PRAYER

thank you lord for all the good things your doing in my life and other christians all around the world
help us all remember how much you want to reward us for the true fight of faith and to persevere the race.
help us in all our weakness to come boldly to the throne of grace and to keep us humble.

I'm down in the valley lost my way again
falling short of your glory is not a good place to be.

father's are now so crazy
